Traditional city beach
Sant Sebastià, one of the longest beaches at 1,085 m, is the favorite beach of Barcelona's local residents. After Barceloneta, this is the most popular city beach, and also, the most authentic, as it is mostly frequented by locals, and less by tourists.
Sant Sebastià offers excellent facilities for disabled persons, with swimming assistance and amphibian bathing chairs. The beach is also used by organized groups, and schools for summer camps and school trips.
