Museum hosted inside a genuine fortress built in 1779

The Museu Militar opened in 1963 inside the Montjuïc Castle. The museum currently has an exclusive collection of more than 11,000 military miniatures, a collection of antique and modern weapons, models of castles, tin soldiers, military uniforms and historic maps.

In addition to its collection, Museu Militar boasts some of the finest views of the city and port area.
