Description
Sunrise paddleboarding in Barcelona means paddling out on the Mediterranean while the city is still waking up and before the crowds reach the beaches. The meeting point is the Moana Paddle Surf base, either at Barceloneta or at Poblenou, where the local team greets you, and an instructor stays with the group on the water, so the session suits first-timers as well as people who have been on a board before.
The board, wetsuit and life jacket are provided, and a storage locker keeps your things safe. Photos and videos are taken during the session, which means your phone can stay behind. On some mornings there is music on the water too.

After roughly an hour and a half on the board you head to a local café for breakfast together. The exact length depends on the sunrise time, which varies from week to week, and it goes ahead only when the sea and the weather are suitable. It suits solo travellers, couples and friends. Hotel pickup is not included.
