Description
This pottery workshop in Barcelona is built for people who have never touched clay. You sit down in a central studio, get a short introduction to the tools and the techniques of modelling by hand, and then start shaping your own piece while an instructor guides you through each step.
What you make is up to you: a cup, a bowl or a decorative object. The instructors speak English and Spanish, and the mood is easy and social, with a glass of wine poured while your hands are busy. Every piece comes out a little different, and that is part of the point.

After the class the piece is fired in the studio's kiln and waits for you to collect it. If you want colour, an optional painting session adds paint and a final glaze as an add-on, and shipping abroad may be arranged on request. The minimum age is 10, and anyone under 18 must come with an adult. It suits dates, friends meeting up, a quiet solo afternoon or anyone curious to try something new.
