With Park Güell tickets in hand, you walk into one of Gaudí's most colourful creations and set your own pace. Your booked time slot only decides when you enter; once inside, you can stay as long as you like.
Start with the Dragon Stairway, where a mosaic salamander, "el drac", greets you in bright colour. From there the paths lead to the Hypostyle Room and Nature Square, and to the green Austria Gardens, a green break from city life. The park's viewing points are the place for photographs of Barcelona.

The park began as a commission from the Catalan businessman Eusebi Güell, who pictured a British-style residential park on Muntanya Pelada, or Bare Mountain. It later became a municipal park and a World Heritage Site listed by UNESCO.
The ticket is mobile, so you show your voucher at the entrance and skip the printing and queueing. It covers the monumental zone only: the Gaudí House Museum and a live guide are not part of it. If your chosen slot is full, you may be given another one close to it.
