Description
This rooftop wine tasting in Barcelona sets out to be fun first and serious second. The setting is a terrace in the Poble-sec area, where the evening unfolds with sunset views over the city, music and a local wine expert who prefers chatting to lecturing.
You taste six Spanish wines chosen to show the range of grapes, styles and regions: a glass of cava to open, two quite different whites, a rosé and two reds. Instead of tasting-note quizzes, the host covers each wine's origin, its grapes, the way it was produced and the detail that makes it worth a sip. You are encouraged to ask questions and to say which wines you prefer, with nobody grading your taste.
- Six wines, from cava to reds
